Terms of Service

1. What Seek Dance is

Seek Dance is a directory of yoga, pilates and dance studios in Malaysia. We publish information about studios — name, address, phone number, opening hours, ratings and similar details — sourced primarily from each studio's own Google Business Profile and checked against the process described on Our Method. Seek Dance does not sell classes, take bookings, process payments, or act as an agent for any studio listed here.

2. Accuracy of listings

We verify listings before publishing and re-check them periodically, but studios change their hours, pricing, contact details and status without telling us. Information on Seek Dance is provided as a starting point, not a guarantee — confirm details directly with a studio, especially opening hours and pricing, before visiting. If you spot something wrong, tell us via List with us and we'll fix it.

3. Third-party studios and links

Studio listings link out to third parties — the studio's own phone number, website, or a Google Maps location. Seek Dance isn't responsible for the content, services, pricing, safety or conduct of any studio listed, and visiting or contacting a studio through Seek Dance is between you and that studio directly.

4. Acceptable use

You're welcome to browse and link to Seek Dance freely. You may not scrape, bulk-copy or republish the directory's data as your own, attempt to disrupt the site, or use it in a way that misrepresents Seek Dance or the studios listed on it.

5. Intellectual property

Seek Dance's site design, brand and original written content belong to Seek Dance. Studio photos and business details originate from each studio's own Google Business Profile and remain that studio's property.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the directory grows. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Seek Dance has no user accounts, and browsing the directory doesn't require you to hand over any personal data. We collect: (a) basic, aggregated site-analytics data (pages viewed, general location, device type — not tied to your name or identity), and (b) whatever you send us directly, such as an email when you use List with us to submit or correct a studio listing.

2. How we use it

We use analytics data to understand which pages are useful and improve the directory. We use anything you email us solely to review, publish or correct the studio listing you contacted us about.

3. Cookies

Seek Dance uses minimal, standard analytics cookies to understand site traffic. We don't use cookies for cross-site ad tracking.

4. Sharing your data

We don't sell personal data. We may share it with service providers that help us run the site — hosting and analytics providers — solely to operate Seek Dance, and only to the extent needed for that.

5. Your rights

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@seekdance.my and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

6. Data retention

We keep listing-correction emails only as long as needed to action them, and aggregated analytics data in line with our analytics provider's standard retention periods.

7. Changes to this policy
